Data-deletion instructions
To request deletion of information held by Heber Overgaard Guide, email contact@heberovergaardguide.com with the subject Data Deletion Request.
Include the email address or other limited information needed to locate the relevant submission. Do not send passwords, access codes, complete payment-card information, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
We will confirm receipt, verify the request when necessary, and delete or de-identify eligible records. Some transaction, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting records may be retained where reasonably necessary or legally required.
Facebook Messenger
Our automated Messenger router does not retain message text or Facebook sender identifiers. A one-way duplicate-suppression value may remain for no more than 24 hours and then expires automatically. Messages retained by Facebook or Messenger must be managed through your Meta account and Meta's privacy controls.
