Local Work Board

The Local Work Board is a free community publishing service. Heber Overgaard Guide and Black Summit Holdings LLC do not employ, screen, interview, schedule, dispatch, supervise or pay posters or workers. The Guide does not charge placement fees, receive commissions or deduct money from wages.

Posters provide their own information and contact each other directly. Users are responsible for evaluating opportunities, qualifications, licensing, insurance, safety, compensation, working conditions and legal requirements before agreeing to work or hiring anyone.

“Guide Business Verified” means only that the person posting controls the linked Heber Overgaard Guide business listing. It is not a recommendation, background check, licensing verification, workmanship guarantee or reliability endorsement.

Accounts, listings and moderation

Free verified Guide membership is required to post, reveal protected job-seeker contact information or send a Guide Message. Users must submit accurate, lawful information and may not place scripts, HTML, links or embedded contact details in listing names or descriptions. The Guide may reject, remove or expire listings to protect the service and its users.

Guide Message is a private email relay, not an inbox, applicant-tracking system or promise of delivery. Delivery can be unavailable or fail. Users should not send sensitive information through the relay.
